Meet the Krew Instructors and What Each One Teaches

Six working designers teach inside the Kreative Krew, each with her own specialty: supplies, Etsy, attachments, ribbon, mantels and more. Who they are.

One of the things that separates the Kreative Krew from a single-teacher course is that it is not a single teacher. Kandi leads it, but the weekly instruction comes from a team of working designers, each running her own business and each teaching her own specialty. Here is who they are and what you learn from each of them. The full bios and photos are on the instructors page.

Jennifer Moye, JAM Designs and Supplies

Jennifer runs JAM Designs and Supplies, the supply business that Krew members get 35% off at. Inside the Krew she brings her eye for design and her product knowledge: what a material actually does, which greenery holds up, what a new pick is good for and what it is not. Her sessions are the antidote to wandering a craft store guessing. She also hosts the Krew retreats with Kandi, and tickets for those are sold through JAM.

What you learn from Jennifer: designing with intention, and buying with intention.

Heather Williams, Velvet and Vine Designs

Heather teaches practical, action-oriented wreath design. Her sessions are the ones where you finish with a wreath, and along the way she covers the things a maker who sells needs: supplies, pricing, and Etsy keywords. She is blunt in the useful way.

What you learn from Heather: how to get a design done, and how to describe it so someone finds it.

Lauren Kilgore, Beautiful Mesh

Lauren is the Krew's Etsy guide. She runs monthly shop critiques, where a member's actual Etsy shop goes on screen and gets a working seller's honest read: photos, titles, tags, pricing, the listing order. She teaches the practical business side that helps makers strengthen their shops and their visibility.

What you learn from Lauren: what a buyer sees when they land on your shop, and what to fix first. Etsy shop basics for wreath makers is a starting point.

Dereka Danciu, Dereka's Designs

Dereka teaches wreath attachment design, meaning the focal elements, signs, characters and built pieces that give a wreath its personality. Her approach is comfortable and down to earth: experiment, refine, and make elements of your own instead of buying the same attachment everyone else has.

What you learn from Dereka: how to make the thing in the middle of the wreath, not just arrange around it.

Delia, KoeBrieKreations

Delia brings years of design experience to her weekly sessions. Her techniques are approachable by design, aimed at members who want polished results without complicated methods, and her sessions build creative confidence over time rather than in one leap.

What you learn from Delia: a steady weekly practice that adds up.

Kerry Greenfield, Wreaths Ever After

Kerry teaches beyond the door: mantels and Christmas trees turned into showpieces. Her approach is bold, with layered ribbon, florals, ornaments and seasonal elements built up until the mantel or tree reads as one design. If you have ever wondered how a professional tree looks so full, this is where it is taught.

What you learn from Kerry: layering at scale. Her ribbon work starts where how to make a bow for a wreath ends.

And Kandi

Kandi has been designing since 2012 and teaching full time from her Savannah workshop since 2020. She leads the live sessions and the Q&A, and her own designs, the ones in the shop, are the ones she builds on camera. Her teaching principle runs through the whole school: same technique, different supplies, beautiful results every time.

Why a team matters

A single teacher has a single style, and you end up making wreaths that look like hers. Six designers with six specialties means you learn the technique underneath all of them, and what you build ends up looking like you. It also means the Etsy and business side is taught by people who sell, the supply side by someone who sells supplies, and the attachment side by someone who makes attachments.

Every instructor's sessions are live, recorded, and kept in the vault. Members can go back to any of them.

See them work

The Krew page has the full picture of what membership includes. If you want to see how Kandi teaches before joining, the free Intro to Wreath Making course is her honest sample. And inside the Kreative Krew: what a week looks like describes how the instructors' sessions fit into a normal week.

Frequently asked questions

Do all six instructors teach every week?

Each instructor teaches her own specialty on her own schedule, live, and every session is recorded. Across a month members see the full range.

Can I ask an instructor a question directly?

Yes, in the live Q&A sessions and in the private community.

Do the instructors sell their own wreaths?

Yes. All of them are working designers with their own businesses, which is the point: the business guidance comes from people doing it.

Where can I see their work?

Each instructor's business is linked from the instructors page.
